EXCEPTIONS
- The Flatwearable Silverware Bending Press comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the delivery date. To return the product, you need to get in touch with us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA). We do not accept returns after the 30-day window has passed. In cases where we are not at fault, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied to the return. For all other items, please contact us within ten days of receiving your order to obtain an RMA. Refunds will be issued as store credit. Any returns received without an RMA will be declined. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We enforce our return policy strictly. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Flatwearable Limited Warranty & Customer Support Policy
At Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry, we are committed to quality craftsmanship and fair, transparent customer support. This document outlines our Limited Warranty for products we manufacture, as well as our Replacement & Damage Policy for all tools and supplies we sell, including third-party items we distribute.
Flatwearable Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by or exclusively for Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry. It covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
Examples of Covered Products Include (but are not limited to):
All models of the Flatwearable Silverware Bending Presses (arbor press style)
Other tools and components produced in-house or under Flatwearable’s direction
Warranty Periods
All Benders kits
Covered for 1 year from the original date of purchase.All other Flatwearable-manufactured products:
Covered for 6 months from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and becomes void if the item is resold, transferred, or used outside of its intended design.
Exclusions & Limitations
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (e.g., nylon rollers, forming blocks, padded adhesive strips, Velcro)
Stripped or cross-threaded bolts or holes
Broken magnets
Damage caused by misuse, modification, improper tool pairing (e.g., using an arbor press other than a 1-ton), or an Act of God (fire, flood, etc.)
Flatwearable is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. This Limited Warranty replaces any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.
How to Request Warranty Service
To initiate a claim, please ship the item with a written description of the issue to:

We will inspect your item and contact you within 72 hours of receipt.
If the defect is covered, we will repair or replace the item at no cost and return it within 72 hours.
If the issue is not covered, we will offer to repair it at cost (parts + labor). If declined, we will return the item in its current condition.
Customer Replacement & Damage Policy (Distributed Products)
In addition to our own tools, Flatwearable offers a curated selection of third-party tools and supplies. These distributed items are not covered under our Limited Warranty, but we are still here to support you.
Manufacturer Defects
If a distributed product is found to be defective due to manufacturing error within 30 days of purchase, we will coordinate with the original supplier to provide a repair or replacement at no cost.
Customer-Caused Damage
If damage occurs due to misuse, wear and tear, or accidental breakage, Flatwearable is not responsible for a free replacement. However, we’re happy to assist by:
Offering replacement parts at a reasonable cost (if available), or
Facilitating a replacement order directly with the manufacturer
Special Consideration
We value our customer relationships. In some cases, and at our discretion, we may offer a courtesy replacement or discount as a gesture of goodwill. These are considered on a case-by-case basis.
