RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items that have been used will have a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at suzanne@flatwearable.net to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (3) days from receiving your item to process your return or exchange. Depending on your company, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Used items will have a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.

For defective or damaged products, don’t hesitate to contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note.

The Flatwearable Silverware Bending Press comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the delivery date. To return the product, you need to get in touch with us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA). We do not accept returns after the 30-day window has passed. In cases where we are not at fault, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied to the return. For all other items, please contact us within ten days of receiving your order to obtain an RMA. Refunds will be issued as store credit. Any returns received without an RMA will be declined. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We enforce our return policy strictly. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Warranty information

Coverage provided under this Limited Warranty

The warranty for your new Flatwearable Silverware Bending Press (and/or the discontinued Flatwearable Spoon Bracelet & Ring Bender, G series Benders) covers any defects caused by materials or workmanship.

Length of this Limited Warranty

The warranty shall be effective for one year from the date of purchase. Coverage under this warranty shall terminate if you sell or otherwise transfer the Bender.

Exclusions and Modifications under this Limited Warranty

This warranty does not cover any normal wear and tear of the nylon rollers or forming blocks, T-back, padded adhesive strips, Velcro, the stripping/cross threading of bolts or holes, broken magnets, or any other problems with the Bender caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God. Using an arbor press other than the required 1-ton press voids this warranty.

Further, this warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages and replaces any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose as provided by state law.

Requesting service under this Limited Warranty

If there is a problem with your Bender that you believe is covered under this warranty, you must mail the Bender along with a written statement of the problem to:

Service under this Limited Warranty

Your Bender will be inspected, and we will contact you within 72 hours after receipt to inform you of the results of our inspection. If the defect is covered under this Limited Warranty, we will return to you the repaired Bender within 72 hours of inspection. If we determine the defect is not covered under this Limited Warranty, we will offer you the option to repair the Bender at the cost of parts and labor. If you choose not to have the Bender repaired, we will return it to you in the same condition as it was received.
