Good access to your work at eye level is crucial for effective soldering. Our soldering station is designed to provide exactly that. The articulating arms are adjustable to provide precise positioning and a secure hold for your work. This makes it ideal for small soldering tasks like attaching hinges to silverware bracelets.
To assemble the station, screw the black articulating arms into the threaded holes on the aluminum base, taking care not to overtighten.
It is important to avoid overheating your work. Although the alligator clips are coated with heat-resistant, non-slip material, excessive heat can cause the black tips that hold them to melt. Therefore, the soldering station should not be used for annealing.
If the arms or clips become damaged, replacements can be purchased separately.
