Welcome to Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry Inc. Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order.

By accessing our website, placing an order, checking the Terms and Conditions box at checkout, or using our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Return Policy, our Warranty Policy, our Shipping Policy, and any product-specific information included in individual product listings.

Orders are governed by the Terms and Conditions and policies in effect at the time the order is placed.

These terms help us maintain fairness, efficiency, and consistent service for our entire artist community.

Ordering Policies

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your order before submitting. This includes, but is not limited to:

Shipping address
Product selection
Product compatibility
Measurements
Kit contents
Coupon codes or discounts
Shipping method

Due to processing limitations, we cannot make adjustments to coupon codes after your order has been placed.

We are also unable to refund excess shipping for combined orders. Credit card processors do not refund transaction fees to us, and these requests result in both lost revenue and administrative time.

We appreciate your help in reviewing your order carefully before checkout.

Product Listings & Customer Responsibility

Product listings are considered part of the purchase terms.

Please read the full product description, measurements, compatibility notes, photos, kit contents, and product instructions before placing your order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that an item is appropriate for their equipment, tools, project, and intended use before purchasing.

Customer ordering errors include, but are not limited to:

Ordering the wrong item, size, model, kit, part, or accessory
Ordering an item that is not compatible with your equipment, arbor press, stamp, die, attachment, or intended use
Misunderstanding product compatibility, size, measurements, or kit contents
Failing to read the full product description before purchase
Changing your mind after ordering or receiving the item
Purchasing a clearance, discontinued, or final sale item without reviewing the product terms

Customer ordering errors are not considered errors by Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry Inc.

If you are unsure whether a product will work with your equipment or project, please contact us before placing your order.

Product Compatibility

Many Flatwearable products are designed for specific tools, equipment, measurements, or uses.

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, products designed for a 1-ton arbor press are not compatible with 2-ton, 3-ton, or other arbor press models. Differences in ram size, press style, stamp size, die size, equipment modifications, or tool variations may affect compatibility.

Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry Inc. is not responsible for customer ordering errors or incompatibility caused by using a product with equipment, stamps, dies, tools, or accessories other than those specified in the product listing.

Returns, Refunds & Store Credit

Please review our full Return Policy before placing your order.

Unless the return or cancellation is due to an error made by Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry Inc., customer-canceled orders, approved returns, and customer ordering errors are refunded as store credit only.

Refunds to the original payment method are only issued when Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry Inc. made an error, such as shipping the wrong item, or when a product is confirmed by us to be defective within the applicable reporting period.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry Inc.

Used, damaged, altered, incomplete, or non-resellable items may be declined or may be subject to a restocking fee according to our Return Policy.

Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless required by law.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If your order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

We cannot intercept or reroute the package once it leaves our hands
Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry Inc. is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, delayed, or unreturned packages
If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipping at your expense
If the package is not returned to us, you will be responsible for placing a new order

Catalogs or books shipped via Media Mail are not eligible for free returns. If a Media Mail order is returned due to an inaccurate address, return postage billed to us will be charged to the customer.

Shipping & Processing

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.

If you are working on a tight deadline, please contact us before placing your order or leave a note at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate when possible.

Tracking information is emailed once your shipping label has been printed. Tracking information is also available in your account.

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays, missed scans, misdelivery, theft, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your postal carrier, household members, neighbors, mailroom, or local post office.

Shipping charges may include postage, packaging materials, handling, insurance where applicable, and the administrative cost of preparing the shipment.

Combined Orders

If you place multiple orders and forget to add something, we will try to combine shipments when possible.

However, due to payment processing fees, packaging time, and administrative costs, we do not issue shipping refunds for combined orders.

Tutorials & Kits

Many of our kits include tutorial inserts linking to companion videos. Please read through your kit materials upon arrival, as they may contain essential access details, including tutorial links and passwords where applicable.

Tutorials, passwords, digital access details, printed inserts, and instructional materials are provided for the original purchaser and may not be copied, shared, resold, distributed, or posted publicly without written permission from Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry Inc.

Warranty & Product Responsibility

Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry Inc. offers limited warranties on select products we manufacture.

Flatwearable Bender kit components are covered for one (1) year from the original purchase date.

All other Flatwearable-manufactured products are covered for six (6) months from the original purchase date.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and becomes void if the item is resold, transferred, modified, or used outside of its intended purpose.

Products distributed by Flatwearable but not manufactured by us are not covered under this Limited Warranty. However, we will assist with manufacturer defect claims within thirty (30) days of delivery when possible.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, modification, improper tool pairing, or damage due to improper use.

Distributed Products

Some products sold by Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry Inc. are manufactured by third-party suppliers and distributed by us.

Distributed products are not covered under the Flatwearable Limited Warranty unless specifically stated in the product listing.

If a distributed product appears to have a manufacturer defect, please contact us within thirty (30) days of delivery. We may request photos, video, or return of the item for inspection.

Damage caused by misuse, modification, improper tool pairing, wear and tear, or use outside of the product’s intended purpose is not considered a manufacturer defect.

Clearance, Discontinued & Final Sale Items

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless required by law.

Discontinued items may be unavailable for future replacement, exchange, or support.

Please read all clearance, discontinued, and final sale product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to our Terms and Conditions, Return Policy, Warranty Policy, Shipping Policy, and applicable product descriptions.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry Inc. will provide the payment processor with relevant documentation, which may include order details, tracking information, product listing information, checkout agreement, posted policies, customer correspondence, and other records related to the transaction.

Filing a payment dispute does not override our posted policies or the terms agreed to at the time of purchase.

Respectful Communication

We are happy to help customers with questions, concerns, returns, warranty issues, and product support. We ask that all communication remain respectful and professional.

Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry Inc. reserves the right to limit communication, refuse service, cancel orders, decline future orders, or discontinue customer support with customers who engage in abusive, threatening, harassing, hostile, discriminatory, or inappropriate communication.

If communication becomes abusive or threatening, we may limit further responses to only those necessary to complete an active order, return, warranty matter, legal request, or payment dispute.

Right to Refuse Service

Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry Inc. reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, decline future orders, limit account access, or discontinue business with any customer when necessary to protect our business, staff, customers, intellectual property, policies, or community.

If an order is canceled by Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry Inc. before shipment, any applicable refund will be processed according to the circumstances of the cancellation.

Intellectual Property

All Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry Inc. product designs, tutorials, written instructions, videos, photos, website content, printed materials, kit inserts, branding, logos, and original educational materials are the intellectual property of Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry Inc. unless otherwise stated.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, shared, modified, taught, posted online, or used for commercial instruction without written permission from Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry Inc.

Purchasing a product, kit, tutorial, or book does not transfer ownership of Flatwearable intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use, misuse, inability to use, or performance of our products, website, tutorials, instructions, or services.

Customers are responsible for using tools, equipment, supplies, and instructions safely and appropriately.

Safety

Many of our products are intended for use with tools, presses, metalworking equipment, sharp objects, heat, chemicals, or other materials that may carry risk if used improperly.

Customers are responsible for following proper safety practices, wearing appropriate protective equipment, and using products only as intended.

Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry Inc. is not responsible for injuries, damage, or losses caused by misuse, unsafe practices, improper tool pairing, modification, or failure to follow instructions.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Erie County, New York, for resolution of any disputes.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

Your continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
