Welcome to Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry! Please take a moment to review our Terms and Conditions. By placing an order through our site, you agree to the following policies. These terms help us maintain fairness, efficiency, and exceptional service for our entire artist community.
Ordering Policies
Order Accuracy: Please double-check your order before submitting. This includes:
Shipping address
Product selection
Coupon codes or discounts
Due to processing limitations, we cannot make adjustments to coupon codes after your order has been placed, and we are unable to refund excess shipping for combined orders. Credit card processors do not refund transaction fees to us, and these requests result in both lost revenue and time. We appreciate your help in getting it right the first time!
Address Errors: We kindly ask you to verify your shipping address carefully. If your order is shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout:
We cannot intercept or reroute the package once it leaves our hands.
If the package is returned to us (and not lost), we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping at your expense.
Please note: Catalogs shipped via Media Mail are not eligible for free returns. If a Media Mail order is returned due to an inaccurate address, return postage is billed to us and will be charged to your account accordingly.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Flatwearable is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or unreturned packages if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided. In such cases, you will be responsible for placing a new order if the original shipment is not retrievable.
Shipping & Processing
Combined Orders: If you place multiple orders and forget to add something, we try to catch those and combine shipments when possible. While we love saving you postage, we will no longer be issuing shipping refunds for combined orders due to the high processing fees we don’t recover.
Shipping Timeframes: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. If you’re working on a tight deadline, please let us know at checkout or via email—we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Tutorials & Kits
Many of our kits include tutorial inserts linking to companion videos. Please read through your kit materials upon arrival, as they contain essential access details, including tutorial links and passwords where applicable.
Warranty & Product Responsibility
Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry offers limited warranties on select products we manufacture:
Flatwearable Bender kit components are covered for 1 year from the original purchase date.
All other Flatwearable-manufactured products are covered for 6 months from the original purchase date.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and becomes void if the item is resold, transferred, or used outside of its intended purpose.
Products that are distributed by Flatwearable but not manufactured by us are not covered under this Limited Warranty. However, we will assist with manufacturer defect claims within 30 days of purchase when possible.
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, modification, or damage due to improper use. Please refer to our full Warranty & Customer Support Policy for detailed information.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products, website, or services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Erie County, New York for resolution of any disputes.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
