Honeycomb soldering board

Introducing the honeycomb board – an essential tool for securely holding your work in place during soldering. This lightweight, non-asbestos ceramic board has a heat-reflective surface, measuring approximately 3 3/4″ x 5 1/2″. While it is effective, it is important to handle the board with care as it may become fragile and crack over time due to the heat from your torch. To avoid this, we suggest wrapping a piece of stainless steel binding wire around the board’s outer edges and tightly twisting the ends together before use. This will ensure the board remains intact. Please note that the T-pins, U-pins, and straight steel pins shown are available for separate purchase in boxes of 100.
