The Flatwearable Wire Winder Pro™ is a professional aluminum wire twisting system designed to help jewelry artists create cleaner, more controlled twisted wire designs with less frustration.

This upgraded system was inspired by the original tool used in our viral Viking torc bracelet tutorial, but the Wire Winder Pro™ takes the process to a whole new level with precision-machined aluminum components, multiple wire layout options, a more comfortable horizontal working position, and detailed tutorial support.

Why We Made It

Twisting multiple wires by hand can get messy fast. Once you start working with several outer wires plus a center core wire, the bundle wants to shift, tangle, twist unevenly, or pull out of position.

The Wire Winder Pro™ was created to help keep your wires separated, organized, and under better tension while you twist.

Instead of fighting the wire bundle, this system helps you control it.

Easier Horizontal Twisting

Our original wire winding setup used a vertical pulling position. The Wire Winder Pro™ has been redesigned so the vise-held wire holder allows your wire bundle to extend horizontally toward you.

This makes it easier to pull the handheld carrier toward yourself while keeping the wires taut, giving you better control and a smoother twisting experience.

Multiple Wire Layouts

Wire layout options include:

3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, and 12 outer wire designs, with center core wire options.

Use fewer wires for lighter, more delicate designs or larger layouts for fuller bracelet-scale projects.

Professional Aluminum Upgrade

The Wire Winder Pro™ is made from precision-machined aluminum with a beautiful purple anodized finish. The upgraded construction gives the tool a more professional feel, improved durability, and a clean organized setup for repeated studio use.

The custom storage case keeps the tool components protected, organized, and ready for your next project.

Protective Vise Sleeve

Also included is a protective sleeve for the vise-held wire carrier. This helps protect the finish from marring or scratches when the carrier is clamped in a vise, while also giving the tool a more secure grip during use.

A shorter public tutorial will be available to introduce the project, but the full extended version is included with the kit.
