Achieving proper eye-level access to your work is crucial for effective soldering. Luckily, our soldering station is designed to allow for precisely adjustable articulating arms that will securely hold your work in place. Whether soldering hinges onto your silverware bracelets or tackling other small soldering tasks, this station is the perfect tool.
To assemble, screw the black articulating arms into the threaded holes in the aluminum base, being mindful not to overtighten. It’s important to be cautious about overheating your work, as the heat-resistant non-slip coating on the alligator clip tips can still transfer heat and cause the black tips to melt. For this reason, it’s best to avoid using the soldering station for annealing purposes.
If you do happen to damage either the arms or the clips, replacements can be purchased. So don’t worry; you can always return to your soldering projects easily.
